François Raffoul
A filozófia és a francia tanulmányok professzor emeritusa, valamint a Louisiana Állami Egyetem filozófiai és vallástudományi tanszékének korábbi vezetője. A St Cloud/Fontenay-i École Normale Supérieure volt diákja (ancien élève, agrégé de philosophie), doktori fokozatát az École des Hautes Études en Sciences Sociales keretében szerezte (Jacques Derrida vezetésével).
